SECTION 1 — SPONSOR
These Official Rules govern the Brond × Total Archery Challenge 2026 Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"). The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Brond Health, 1400 Main Street, Suite 240, Clarksville, IN 47129 ("Sponsor").
SECTION 2 — ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island), who are 21 years of age or older as of the date of entry.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Total Archery Challenge, Black Horn Guide Service, Marsupial Gear, and any additional prize sponsors confirmed during the Promotion Period, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each such employee, officer, or director are not eligible to enter or win.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void in New York, Florida, Rhode Island, and where prohibited or restricted by law.
Eligibility Verification: Eligibility will be verified at the time of winner selection. The potential winner will be required to confirm their state of residence prior to prize award. Residents of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island are not eligible and will be disqualified if selected. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant at any time.
SECTION 3 — PROMOTION PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on March 28, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on August 10, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
SECTION 4 — HOW TO ENTER
There are three methods of entry. Entrants may use any method. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Limit: one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Promotion Period regardless of entry method. Subsequent entries from the same person, email address, or household will be disqualified.
Method 1 — QR Code Entry at TAC Event (Free):During the Promotion Period, visit any Total Archery Challenge event where a Brond booth is present. Scan the Brond QR code displayed at the booth and complete and submit the entry form in full. Attendance at a TAC event floor is free. No purchase or ticket is required to access the Brond booth or scan the QR code.
Method 2 — Online Entry (Free):During the Promotion Period, visit brondhealth.com/tac and complete and submit the online entry form with your full name, email address, and state of residence.
Method 3 — Automatic Entry via TAC Ticket Purchase:During the Promotion Period, purchase a ticket to any 2026 Total Archery Challenge event through the official TAC ticketing platform. One (1) automatic entry will be credited per ticket purchase. A purchase does not increase odds of winning relative to free entry methods.
Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void. Incomplete entries are void. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or technically corrupted entries.
SECTION 5 — PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of the following confirmed components, plus any additional prize components confirmed by Sponsor during the Promotion Period:
5-Day Guided Archery Pronghorn Hunt — Fully guided hunt with Black Horn Guide Service in New Mexico, August 19–23, 2026. Guide service, camp, and field logistics included. ARV: $5,000.
Travel Stipend — Applied toward winner's transportation to and from New Mexico. ARV: $1,000.
Marsupial Gear Bino Harness System — Including enclosed bino pack, rangefinder pouch, small zipper pouch, and rangefinder tether. ARV: $250.
Additional Archery Gear and Equipment — From 2026 TAC sponsors to be confirmed and added throughout the Promotion Period. Sponsor will update the stated ARV at brondhealth.com/tac as additional components are confirmed. ARV: TBD.
Total confirmed Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") as of March 26, 2026: $6,250. Total ARV may increase as additional sponsor contributions are confirmed throughout the Promotion Period.
Prize Conditions: Hunt dates are fixed at August 19–23, 2026 and are not transferable or reschedulable except at the sole discretion of Sponsor and Black Horn Guide Service acting jointly. Winner is responsible for obtaining any required hunting licenses, tags, and permits at winner's own expense. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. No cash equivalent, prize substitution, or transfer of prize is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any stated prize component becomes unavailable for any reason.
SECTION 6 — ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
SECTION 7 — WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
One (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor on or around August 11, 2026. At the time of drawing, Sponsor will also select a minimum of two (2) alternate potential winners from remaining eligible entries in the event the primary winner forfeits, is disqualified, or cannot be reached.
The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided at the time of entry within forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing date. The potential winner will be required to respond to the notification email within three (3) days of the date the notification is sent and confirm their state of residence prior to prize award.
If the potential winner does not respond within three (3) days, is found to be ineligible, cannot be contacted, fails to comply with these Official Rules, declines the prize, or fails to execute and return all required documents within the stated deadline, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from the pre-drawn alternates. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
SECTION 8 — CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, acts in a disruptive or fraudulent manner, or violates these Official Rules.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes at any time if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize from among all eligible entries received prior to the action taken, or as otherwise deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor.
SECTION 9 — INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, Total Archery Challenge, Black Horn Guide Service, Marsupial Gear, and any additional confirmed prize sponsors, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, licensees, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, suits, proceedings, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses of any kind or nature whatsoever (including without limitation reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or in connection with: (i) participation in the Sweepstakes in any form; (ii) the acceptance, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any component thereof; (iii) participation in any prize-related activity, including without limitation the guided pronghorn hunt; (iv) any breach of these Official Rules by the entrant; (v) any violation of any third party's rights by the entrant; or (vi) any personal injury, death, property damage, illness, or other harm sustained by the entrant or any third party in connection with the prize or any prize-related activity, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.
The Released Parties are not responsible for and shall have no liability for: (i) any typographical, printing, or other errors in the offer or administration of the Sweepstakes; (ii) failure of any entry to be received due to technical failures of any kind, including without limitation network outages, server errors, or interruptions in internet service; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes; (iv) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (v) any injury, loss, or damage of any kind to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize; or (vi) any cancellation, delay, rescheduling, or modification of the hunt or any prize component beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor or Black Horn Guide Service, including without limitation acts of God, weather events, fire, flood, earthquake, natural disaster, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental action, public health emergency, or pandemic.
In the event of a dispute regarding online entries, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address provided at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person assigned to the email address by the internet service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
SECTION 10 — WINNER RELEASE AND WAIVER REQUIREMENT
As a condition of receiving the Grand Prize, the selected winner will be required to execute and return the following documents within three (3) days of winner notification, prior to receiving any prize component or participating in any prize-related activity:
(a) Affidavit of Eligibility — confirming the winner meets all eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules, including age, residency, and state of residence.
(b) Liability Release and Waiver — in favor of Sponsor, Brond Health, Black Horn Guide Service, and all confirmed prize sponsors, releasing all Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, and expenses of any kind arising out of or in connection with the winner's participation in the hunt or any prize-related activity, including without limitation personal injury, death, property damage, illness, loss of any kind, or loss of life, whether caused by the active or passive negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise. This waiver includes but is not limited to risks inherent in wilderness hunting, backcountry travel, use of archery equipment, interaction with wildlife, and all activities associated with the guided hunt.
(c) Publicity Release — where permitted by law, authorizing Sponsor to use winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, hometown, and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation or prior notice.
Failure to execute and return all required documents within three (3) days of notification, or failure to comply with any condition of prize acceptance, will result in immediate forfeiture of the prize and Sponsor will select an alternate winner from the pre-drawn alternates.
No prize will be awarded, no hunt will be scheduled, and no travel arrangements will be made until all required documents have been fully executed, received, and accepted by Sponsor.
Winner acknowledges and assumes all risk of participation in the hunt and all prize-related activities. The hunt involves inherent risks including without limitation wilderness travel, backcountry conditions, use of archery equipment, proximity to wildlife, and physical exertion. Winner is strongly encouraged to obtain personal health, travel, accident, and medical evacuation insurance prior to participation. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any costs associated with medical treatment, evacuation, or emergency services incurred during prize-related activities.
Winner further acknowledges that Black Horn Guide Service may maintain their own liability waiver and participation requirements, which winner will be required to execute separately and independently of Sponsor's waiver as a condition of participating in the guided hunt.
SECTION 11 — PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation or prior notice.
SECTION 12 — PRIVACY
Information collected from entrants will be used for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and, if the entrant has opted in, for marketing communications from Sponsor. Sponsor will handle all personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at brondhealth.com/privacy-policy. Entrant information will not be sold to third parties.
SECTION 13 — DISPUTES
Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Clark County, Indiana. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
SECTION 14 — GENERAL
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok. Any questions or comments regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to Sponsor, not to any social media platform.
Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between entrants and Sponsor with respect to the Sweepstakes and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, warranties, and understandings of the parties with respect thereto.
SECTION 15 — WINNER LIST
To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Brond Health, Attn: TAC Sweepstakes Winner, 1400 Main Street Suite 240, Clarksville, IN 47129. Winner name requests must be received by October 10, 2026.
